 Thunder Thighs We signed up for an art class this summer for fun, but after day 1, it was pretty obvious that the class was going to be awful. I would go into detail but it’s too boring. ugh. We dropped the class immediately, but I decided that I was going to try to draw in a sketchbook more often. I’ve been trying to experiment with slightly different styles. The noodly me was based on a sketch by Sofia Falkenhem. I should have tried drawing Sean in her style, because it doesn’t fit my body type at all. So I tried drawing something a little more… substantial. The extra sketch at the bottom is a preview of a project that we’re working on. You know this? Well there’s more. |
 Summer Sketches If we had actually taken that class I would have probably ended up posting my sketches too. But since we are not, and I cannot actually draw there is no motivation. I can make up for it by forcing Mimi to draw more often. |

I once signed up a once-a-week art class. After the first 3 hour lecture we had 5 separate homework assignments, all of which I would assuredly suck at because WE HADN’T LEARNED HOW TO DO ANYTHING YET. Art people are crazy. Science FTW.
